Itinerary	1) From the city we drive south along the Ping river through the Longan orchards until we reach our first destination the Doll museum where we can see how dolls are made and see a collection of dolls from all over the world. 2) Turning eastwards we see that the orchards are being replaced by rice fields while we drive to the Ganesh museum with its more than thousand statues of the God of Auspicious Beginnings. The museum is free as long as you pay proper respect to The Beloved Son. 3) To really get blinded by the art of woodcarvers we need to visit the Woodcarving museum. 4 Back to the centre of Chiang Mai
